Very nice staff office manager (Brooke Bailey) is always here anytime you need anything ! All the staff here are helpful and friendly, maintenance staff is always on time ! My neighbors are quiet and I have met some of the nicest people here, great facilities and quiet community! I have been here almost a year and will renew my lease , I looked all around Phenix City and Columbus and found The Gardens on Stadium the best apartments with great people .......
Gardens on Stadium Apartment Homes maintains a very family oriented cohesive environment. The office personnel is always professional and a joy to work with. My daughter and I have lived here for four years and have had nothing less than a wonderful experience.
What ever you all do don't go to clover leaf apartments they are messy the manager and the neighbors up stairs from me they think I don't know what's going on in this dump of an apartment but I do I know they seen my review statement and they told the neighbors up stairs to stoamp on the floor when I come home from work and like I also said this roach ass apartment nasty musty rug and raggedy to charge 615 a month and they blocked me from the Google website I don't say nothing no worse than the other folks that stayed in cloverleaf apartment DON'T MOVE THERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Disappointing
About to move out today. Been living here for 2 almost 3 years. I enjoyed it. It has its ups and downs but I experienced way more ups than down. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The neighbors for where I was staying where very quiet.
I just moved into the Gardens on Stadium Phenix City Alabama the property is beautiful. The property is well maintained, the staff is phenomenal, and work orders are completed in a timely manner. Resident functions are fun all the time!! I love it here!!!
