Love bringing our family here from Atlanta. We also plan for a big weekend of racing for the State and National race each year. You get to see 300+ cars from all over the southeast racing in 10 divisions. It's usually the highlight of our year in racing.
Lots of fun but the monster truck event should have been at the beginning so young kids there to see that could see it and go home to bed. Nephew only got to ser tge wheelie competition. Shame. Paid $50 for monster trucks not the, races.
I’ve never actually been to the races here, but I’ve been involved in a scary situation regarding the traffic around it. On a rainy, Sunday evening, I was headed to Eufaula & this Road was on my route... the rain was drizzling enough to coat everything and Made visibility not the best. I was approaching this place and I saw police lights, so I slowed down.... as I get closer to it, by the grace of GOD, I saw a silhouette of someone’s legs in the road due to the headlights approaching from the other lane. There was a guy standing in the middle of the road trying to direct traffic in the rain with no reflective gear on or anything!!!. I had to slam on brakes & I almost hit a truck coming out. The big lights were on but they weren’t touching the road good enough for oncoming traffic to see what was happening. This gentlemen got extremely rude and irritated with me.... not a single soul in my car could see him. Whoever is in charge of running this place needs to have better policies in place for traffic direction. If it’s dark outside (like when I was driving) and especially if it’s raining, have some reflective vests on! That’s common sense! I’ve never been that scared before after coming so close to hitting a human being. Then I was more upset that he had the audacity to snap at me when he was standing in the road with no way to be seen. I hope this reaches someone who can make a change !
Awesome people. Mr. Billy and Dana are great customers of ours at Jolly Jump Inflatables. We have a great relationship with them and they are always renting from us and they always are so nice.
