Worst place ever!!! People Will throw trash everywhere as they would like . Someone almost broke into my apartment but my dog scared them off. They also will break into your car or break the car antenna off of your car. My neighbor will let their dog poop or pee by everyone's door and they won't clean it up or they will kick it to my side of the door. If you have anything outside like a wreath on your door or a grill on your patio they will also steal it. People do not respect other people's property here. It feels like I live in the projects and it's very ghetto fabulous . Stephanie is a very horrible property manager and she will also give you attitude and won't answer the phone while she's at work. The maintenance guy is very rude , he will blame you for breaking something that was in your apartment even though it broke by itself. The maintenance guy also takes forever to fix in your apartment . It took them 2 1\2 months to fix my ceiling fan. The maintenance guy will also talk trash about the military in front of your face and he is very disrespectful .This place is a joke and I wouldn't ever live here again.
Absolutely Worst I have every dealt with! The apartment manager, Stephanie, started out really nice to deal with. When I refused to move into the apartment, in which, it was not up to standard to move myself and kids into, it turned sour very fast. The place is a dump! There is trash everywhere, around the apartment buildings, dumpsters, parking lots, etc. There is a bug problem; how are there gnats in a supposed to be cleaned apartment. I never moved in due to these issues but they are trying to get me to pay them. I am waiting for my attorney to get back in touch with me!
I moved out of this apartment complex and moved back down south. Rachael who was the property manager when I first moved in was very pleasant and then became a very nasty nasty woman who was always pilled out halfway passing out at the counter or at her desk. Trash was constantly thrown anywhere and everywhere. Kids with no respect talking about shooting residence who look at them wrong. When we moved in we replaced ALL of their blinds with our own black out blinds but put theirs up. We left our blinds (which costed alot more than their ratty ass blinds) and also pulled theirs out and set them where they could be seen easily. They tried to charge me $1,000 for blinds after we moved out!!!! Our neighbors apartment had a hole in the corner of the floor where you could see right through it to the apartment underneath them. It took them almost 3 weeks to come out and fix my heat because they had the furnace disconnected "Because the previous tenants didnt want the heat hooked up" according to them. So in the dead winter months we have NO HEAT in our apartment. I was waking up to my apartment being in the 40's INSIDE!!!!! My neighbors AC went out during the middle of the summer and they brought them box fans and told them they would have to wait. Almost a month later their ac finally got fixed but only after calls to many city officials and attorney because his sick elderly mother lived in the home because he took care of her!!!!! This place is a straight joke, dirty and unsafe and I doubt it has gotten any better since I left a year and a half ago!!!!!
i would NEVER recommend anyone to live here. EVER. This place is trash. They do not take care of their tenets like they should. It takes FOREVER to get anything fixed. The office manager favors one of the tenets and that is unacceptable. Trash is always everywhere. Someone Broke my husbands car antenna off for no reason and someone stole a neighbors wreath off her door. The people who live there have NO respect for others things. They do NOT spray for bugs like they are supposed to as stated in our agreement. The maintenance guy talks trash about Military personnel. The place felt safe when i first moved in and now it is being over run but people who have no class at all and it doesnt feel safe. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
This place is absolute trash! The neighborhood is unsecured. Anyone can come and go as they please
