My children have been patients for 8 years now!! We love Dr, Chandra and her team, especially the weekend hours! I love the fact that they go above and beyond their duty! All I can say is that I love this office!
Dr Chandra is one of the best doctors your gonna find. I have two children with ADHD and when I moved here a year ago she helped me tremendously! I love her because she's firm when it's needed(and dealing with ADHD it often is) she also helps by not just prescribing medications but also has helped me with resources including therapy which has made a huge impact on my two sons. She truly is a dedicated, caring pediatrician
The only reason why I am rating them a 1 is simply because I can't give them a ZERO!!! Today was my grand daughter 1st appointment with this office... When her mother got there she was turned around because she didn't have ALABAMA Medicaid and has GA Medicaid... When she made the appointment the office was aware that she was just born in Columbus.... As a matter of fact... The Medical Center referred us to this office since its only down the street from my house... My grand daughter mother gets there and was told... "WE CAN'T SEE YOUR BABY WITHOUT A MEDICAL CARD"... and sent her on her way with a website to switch her medicaid over (which was the wrong web address) She called me and I asked did they even offer her to pay for the visit... she stated no however she was going to turn around and go ask if I could pay with my card... They told her that it would cost 70.00... When I asked to speak to the young lady, (Amber or Amanda) she got on the phone and I asked how come they didn't give her an option to pay before she left. This ______ said, "We don't see ANY PATIENTS without them paying upfront... I let her know that MONEY was a problem however you just don't send a baby away when in fact they are suppose to be seen soon after coming out of the hospital... She then gave my grand daughter mother the phone back without saying anything... I then told my grand daughters mother to leave because at this point I felt like we were taking my PUPPY to a veterinarian and not my grand daughter to a pediatrician... To me they made us feel like she was an un-necessary animal that we just wanted and not what we needed. We will now do business in Columbus and not even worry about this Pediatric Center... Amber/Amanda whatever her name was... SHOULD BE FIRED!!! She doesn't represent this office in a professional manner!!! I have read other reviews about the behavior of the staff and WE ALL CAN'T BE WRONG!!!
The only reason I’m giving them a one is because there is not a zero. They treated my sick infant for over a month and she continually deteriorated to the point that when I was in another doctor’s office for a GYN appointment for myself, they noted her condition and arranged for me to be seen by a REAL DOCTOR. My baby had an ear infection and a severely impacted sinus infection that they were unable to diagnose in this office. Her ears are clear they said one day before the REAL DOCTOR found her ear drums to be inflamed and bulging, ready to burst. I’m ashamed I trusted my baby to their care. Don’t make my mistake.
Dr. Chandra has been a fantastic pediatrician to our kids. If your child has ADHD or depression or anxiety- she really is the best! Love having the counsellors in the same office as well.
