Her office staff put that I was a no show in my medical record because there was a fire on by burger king and the power was out every where my mom called them later and told them about the problem and they said that they would reschedule the appointment. The elevators wasn't working because the whole place was dark. This was back in 2009 and she unfairly terminated me as a patient more likely abandoning a patient. When my new doctor requested my file he got upset at me, because kimberly jackson put that my mom said something against her religion which did not happen, i was present and my mom didn't say anything. Kimberly jackson and her office staff are nothing but proven liars. I will never see another doctor in phenix city again. I was wronged by Kimberly jackson and she made false statements in my medical record and now I am mentally distress because I have to explain to every doctor about why that statement is in my medical chart.
If you have a problem at one doctors office in Phenix City. You're not allowed to see another one due to "CONFLICT OF INTEREST. All the doctors and I mean all doctors in Phenix City are no good anyway. If they put their office staff above their patients and talk about their patients to other doctors is also defamation of character.

I am so done with both Dr. Jackson and Dr. Atkins. Honestly, they do not seem like they know any medicine at all. They are desperately hustling to make money, any which way they can. Also, the staff never answers the phones, they are rude to patients and the wait time in the office is 2 hours each time. I am trying to find something nice to say but am at a loss. Please do not waste your time here.
It is unfortunate that there weren't any Physician, neither male or female, in Phenix City who were able to care for and/or satisfy this gentleman. We, and I'm sure our colleagues as well, provide good, caring and compassionate medicine in a professional setting. In Dr. Jackson's office, we insist that respect is given to all without exception, including when the Doctors, PA, or Nurses may be sharing hard-to-bare news with a patient. We are a diverse and multicultural company, both patients and staff; we embrace diversity, but understand this may sometimes lead to mis-communication. If any patients felt that they were not treated with respect, please let us know and give us the opportunity to make amends; we would be more than happy to do so.

Dr Jackson takes time to listen. She makes room on a busy schedule when needed . She makes her patients feel important . Her staff is top notch and will treat you with dignity , her facility is clean with up to date equipment in a good location .
