Courteous, Helpful, Informative & Friendly. For a first time Mom, these are the things I look mostly for in every new place I'm having to charter through (sometimes blindly) w/in this new world of Mommy-hood. This time should be happy in every aspect, and Especially when considering the place & people w/in who will be responsible for the interpretations of you & your little one's health & growth, which a huge part of is your emotional well-being. Dr. Malone (the son) is a very busy man. He doesn't arrive until around 11 a.m. even though the business opens up at 9 a.m. I was the first patient back there being waited on and he was still busy with non-work related matters as he was attending to me. It seems as if he's distracted, in a hurry, and unfocused when he's on the job at times. After all, he does have a wife and plenty of kids (including a quad set) to check up on. Don't get me wrong, he's a decent doctor but he has his overworked days.
