Asked for a stacked bob and they gave me ZERO layers, looked like they chopped a normal bob from the back and only halfway on the sides. When I got home to discover how it looked from the side I was in tears. Had to chop it way shorter than I wanted to fix their mistake!

This is probably the last time I go here. I provided I picture of how I wanted my hair from an old selfie and well let's just say it's not even close. Completely 1 dimensional and way too short. She had it close and I said just a tiny bit more please. Next thing I know she goes over my entire head with the shaver and now I look like a damn chia pet. I can't believe I actually tipped!!!
