So first off I love the way it looked inside, It looked all nice and luxury! I had a coupon for a $19.00 full set acrylic. I told the guy I wanted a long length, he explained that the coupon allows only short length and If I wanted a longer length it would cost more. Nowhere on the coupon does it say that! I noticed that when he put the acrylic on their was spots missing! My cousin and mom had gotten a manicure and their nail polish started chipping off and spots were missed! I won't be returning to this nail salon.
The man that done my acrylic nails had the shakiest hands ever. He was obviously struggling to do them. I’ve never had nails done this badly before. He glued on incorrect sizes, layed the acrylic on messy, and did not apply the polish on the entire surface of any of the nails. I got regular polish and didn’t get them a long length. The sign said $19, but he charged me $25. I’d rate this place no stars if I could.
First time here and the lady waxing my eyebrows, burned the crap out of me with wax. On top of that, I still have new growth under eyebrows. They look horrible. I have also been waiting in pedi chair for over an hour. My feet are raisins! Heard about them from the money mailer coupon thing and wanted to try them out since they are relatively close to home. Not sure if I will come back. I had a better experience across the street in publix shopping center. Still waiting for mani/pedi. Hope that at least comes out alright.

Waited a good hour before they even started doing my nails; they were not even busy; only had 3 ppl and 3 members on staff. Not worth the wait
