I called Tracy from the Nissan dealership because I felt they were trying to take advantage of my immediate need for repair. He listened and agreed to take a look at my car emergently. They even came in to finish work on a Saturday, just so I would have my car promptly. Not to mention he charged less than a third than headquarter Nissan was asking.
I have take my daughter and son's car to Tracy's for many years. They always do a great job and their prices are always fair. Tracy's is a hard-working honest group of mechanics and I would recommend them to anyone.
