Bottom line---take the time to go to a professional auto center....these guys are hacks.
They rude the manager treat me like I was dirty. Tire don't last had problems with them sent day I got this will not go back again
I take all my vehicles here. They provide great service in a timely manner. Most importantly they stand behind their work.
Customer service was bad; the workers seemed like they hated their job. Knowing i was a new customer, you would of assumed they would explain what come with a basic service, but they didn't. They simply took my keys and said it will be done in 30 minutes. Never asked what type of oil I wanted, or what they check within their service.
First time going somewhere else for an oil change, outside of my dealership.
Honest people / fair prices
I picked up my truck, paid $24 (which is unusually and extremely cheap for synthetic oil), drove home and parked my truck for the night. The next day, my service light was on. I brought my truck back, explained the issues, they said it has nothing to do with the oil change, and didn't offer to fix it.
Hope they don't run their new steak house on Hwy 80 the same way...Garbage..
Would like to give no stars, but that's not a option..Went for a oil change said it would be several hours... Not that many cars in the joint, all on the racks had Gils Auto sales tags on them.. Not a good place for customers off the street to use..Looks like mainly for Gils repairs on their own cars..
