I made an appointment for today and one of the last things the girl said is 'See you between 2:15 and 2:30'.. I showed up at 2:30 and the manager Lybia said the girl put it in the system as 2pm. The misunderstanding could have been resolved had Lybia smiled, been kind or even apologized for the mistake. Instead it was a cold stare and 'it will be another 30 minutes before we can even pull your car back'.
I am now looking for a new place to take my business - service goes a long way and JP always went that extra mile to make things right or at least apologize when they did something wrong.
Been using this place for years and they were great. I have Three car all my tire came from here with the “ free rotation “. All my work on my cars done here.But now they never have time to get me in. So today dropped one off for oil change and tire rotation. Three hours later I called, was told car was ready. Showed up ten minutes later car on rack no tires on it nobody around it. Then was told everything they think it needs. Told them not today over 30 minutes later I saw my car was moved . Walked around to see them talking and my car out front running. Customer service has really went down there people in the shop act like they don’t want to be there.
Made an appointment the day before - kind of last minute. Kim was helpful in making an appointment. Quick oil change and tire rotation. Good coupon online for high mileage oil change. Ryan was service technician, seems like he did his job well and quick. It took a little less than 1 hour to do the job. They couldn't find out a problem that I have been experiencing with the oil light coming on when slowing down. However, Ryan said he reset the sensors and so we shall see if it works.
Good place to go to for a last minute weekend urgency.
Bought a battery from them not even a month later a cell dies in it, now they wont replace it when its under warranty. Dont go here youll get ripped off.
We have been using this location for years and it is clear things have changed since JP left.

Sloooow! Dropped truck off for oil change..... said it would take 45 minutes to get it done. No problem I’ll grab a bite to eat. An hour later and they hadn’t even pulled it in the bay. Won’t waste anymore time with them.
