This car lot does not care about you the second you drive off the lot. Their Shop has had my car 5 times and still has not fixed what's wrong and it went wrong within the first two months while under warranty. I get the run around because I'm not paying to fix it when they didn't fix it the first 4 times they had it. Management could care less. The only person that cared about the customers was my sales guy and they let him get away. I wanted to get my own opinion of this place...I have it now and it's not good. Looks like I'll have to go elsewhere to get a car and be done with them...drop my car off in the lot with the key...here you go.
I just bought a 2006 Acura MDX from Gil's in Columbus. The staff there was Great, Mr. Eric and Mr. Baldwin made sure I was happy with what I had gotten. I'm disabled and I needed help a vehicle that was kinda high to get into because I have RA, and can't get out of vehicles that are low to the ground. They found the perfect vehicle for me and gave me a check to get my tag!!! I have nothing but GOOD to say about them!!! My payments are in a range that I can afford and I love the vehicle!!! Went there to ask about receiving money for a referral. I had called ahead a couple of days before because I'm over an hour away from there and the guy was very rude. I got a vehicle from another Gil's location and stopped there afterwards while I was nearby. The man I talked to was on the phone with someone the entire time with someone asking them questions about their religion and beliefs. He would apologize to the person on the phone any time he had to stop talking to them to talk to me. He barely acknowledged I was even in the room. I am a religious person but I believe it was very unprofessional to not end the call for 5 minutes while he did his actual job with a customer. On a plus, the building was cute and clean.
They were just as determined as us to put us in a vehicle. They did just that and it's nice too. They even offer a warranty. The warranty from es have a $100 deductible within 90 days, and it goes up after.
