I had a wonderful customer service experience. Mike was very nice and sweet. Then, my problems started when I started having problems with my truck. I went to get my tune up and my engine was three years younger than my truck. Then when it came to the wiring they had it all jacked up and not correct at all. I was going to go back for my second vehicle but I changed my mind. They basically rigged my truck up just to sell. Your typically car dealers.
Stoped to look at a truck I have been eyeing the last week. Took my grandad with me to look at it. Guy was helping someone else. Ok I understand but not once did he say anything to us just acted like we where not there. Even my granddad got pissed. I'll be heading to Auburn to by my next car. To bad it's the truck I have been looking all over for.
Walked up and started looking around it took a long time for someone to come out. When the older man finally did I told him I was planning on buying a car by the end of the weekend but justbwanted to look today. He was already completle indifferent to the questions I asked about the car I was looking at. Then I told him my budget but said I had some wiggle room. He refused to show me any cars or anwser any more questions and pretty much told me to leave. Don't buy here.
