The people are very friendly, they were not pushy and they were helpful when you had a question, I would definitely do business with them again, good job.
Used car dealer has a good selection but no certified used cars. Don't expect them to repair any problems with the vehicle. Buyer beware of electrical and mechanical issues. The vehicles are not checked out thoroughly by this dealer.
What a wonderful Saturday!!! I signed up for an auto loan to see if maybe I would be able to qualify for a car loan. Surprisingly, I did, but had to get to the dealership to see what could be done for me. Been spending money on car repairs and rentals so I had no money to put down, nothing to trade in...I really wasn't expecting to be able to be helped. Anyway...a big thank you to Mr. Danny Minor and Mr. Bill (didn't get his last name, but he's the finance guy)...have got me into a vehicle. NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS DID I THINK I WOULD BE APPROVED!!! Thank you to Bratton Automotive for helping me get a car and begin to get my credit going back in the right direction!! I am happy beyond words!!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Bratton Automotive. If there was a zero, I would definitely rate it as that. I've had my Jeep Liberty since May of this year and it has been giving me nothing but trouble; from running hot to not starting properly. My payment is up to date and I currently have liability, unaware that I didn't have full coverage (honest mistake). Kathy the manager at the Phenix City location called me on yesterday, 08-29, to ask about my insurance coverage which I stated that I had it. She then hangs up with me and calls back saying I only had liability and that I needed to get full coverage asap. I told her I was in an interview and that I would not have it til later. She had a snappy attitude and asked me where my vehicle was located at, assuming she wasn't to possess it. I declined and told her again that I needed to call her back because I was in an interview. Hours later after I left the interview, I returned home to find that my truck had been repossessed. I called her office and pleaded that if I purchased full coverage insurance on the truck would I get it back, she replied no. I asked her what her intentions were on selling the car, she stated that a letter would be mailed to me. What are my legal obligation?
