Must try the fried cheddar bites! They are fabulous! The chicken Caesar is also a must try!
This new location is not up to par with the other Zaxby's locations that I have visited. Very, very, super nice employees, but the food isn't as good, or the same as the other locations I've been to. I had the Cesar Zalad and it was meh... way too many croutons and hardly any chicken. These folks need to realize that if your paying 8 bucks for a salad then you should get your monies worth. I got down the road and was hungry. I dont eat any of the bread (fake Texas toast) or more than a couple croutons. Better salads at the local Applebees for sure. Maybe the other should take these employees oon a day trip to Georgia and visit a location where it all started?
You get what you order about 50% of the time. A couple weeks ago my girlfriend ordered a wings and things meal and wanted to replace the fries with onion rings. Once we got home we realized they put chicken fingers, fries and onion rings. Today we were told they were waiting on my girl friends wings. Apparently the whole time we were waiting so was my chicken sandwich to be taken off the grill. It's okay though I used it as charcoal to cook a proper sandwich.
Great staff decent food
Me and my wife and kids came to zaxby's drive-thru Placed our order which was read back to us. Not checking our food was a bad ideal. We drove all way home and Crawford to discover we were messing a meal. My wife called the store as I was on my way backupTo zaxby's. She was placed on hold the whole time I drove from Crawford to Zaxby's. I was not please on the way that they handled the situation. I hate paying for something in half and ago to times in order to get it. Especially hate being on the phone for over 20 minutes to pick up. That is why I'm leaving a one star rating.
