Absolutely wonderful applebees. Always have great service no matter who the server is. April was my server this time and she did great! I wouldn't choose any other Applebee's. Great prices, service, and peobably the cleanest restaurant around.
I'm not a huge fan of Applebee's but this one knocked it out the park. I sat at the bar, because I was alone, and the waitress was awesome. Steak cooked perfect, grilled vegetables were actually grilled, and even though they were out of baked potatoes... they improvised and took Care of the customers and at 10pm on a Tuesday the entire staff was there to serve and be go to customers. The waitress/bartender was awesome and experienced. I watched as she kept the customers buying, focused and comfortable. They even kept people from sneaking alcohol out of the restaurant and they handled it tastefully, quietly, and professionally. Thank you Phenix City Alabama.
The service was slow,we asked for straws our server never brought it we had to grab a passing server to ask for straws. They were out of 12 oz steaks so they brought 8 oz that looked like maybe a six oz steak. Everytime we needed something we had to ask someone else's server. The server never even came around to refill our drinks. Been coming to this Applebee's for years,but we won't be back
Wait for carside to-go was over 30 minutes after the time my order was supposed to be ready then my food come out halfway done. Missing balsamic and sauce for my noodles. Highly disappointed.
The waitress was overworked. Our glasses were empty for to long. Our food was over cooked and steaks were dry. She never did a check in at the table to see if all was good.
