Food was good and hot, but way to many beans in the chilli.

The employees were fast and friendly at the drive thru. Its a great place with plenty of menu options.
All the food was nice and fresh, also the store was nice and clean. Service was a little slow n not much personality
How hard is it to leave something off a burger? I can see forgetting to add something extra but how ignorant do you have to be to see an order asking to leave something off but you put it on anyway?
