Decent hotel for the value. Okay breakfast bar and nice common areas. I however didn't like the fact that I asked to be put in a room that was not previously occupied by a dog and their owner, because I am allergic to dog hair. I was told that they would make a note of it. I get in the room, did my lil inspection and noticed that there was dog hair on the chair cushion in the room! I didn't even want to look under the bed or elsewhere, because of what I may find. The TV and remote did not work properly and the front desk attendant informed me that the maintenance man had gone home for the day and not work on the weekends. I checked in on Thursday afternoon! I would recommend that you choose another hotel, if you have a problem with staying in a room that was previously occupied by pet owners and their pets, and don't expect any maintenance on items in the room, if you have an issue during your stay if it is on a Thursday afternoon abd through out the weekend. I mean like ... Really?
Convenient to most areas of Phenix City and Columbus. Friendly staff. Good value. Rooms do need more attention to detail and the breakfast needs to be fresher. Our overall experience was pleasant and would recommend.
Stayed in room 206, woke up 2 hours later COVERED in welts. Bedbugs all over both beds. Was moved to a room on the first floor. Took plenty of pictures, will not be returning.
The front desk was helpful, but the door to the room had settled and you had to put all your weight to open the door, the bed sheets where not installed correctly on the bed and keep coming off the matress all night. Not the worse stay in a hotel, but certainly not the best.
