Really nice fancy shower! Room had everything I needed. Also able to get laundry detergent and some quarters from the front desk to do laundry which was very easy! Didn't check out the pool for myself but it looked very nice as well. Had breakfast from the bistro in the morning which was very good. Staff was all very friendly.
Spacious, roomy rooms with contemporary designs. Bathroom waa spacious, showerhead was full of pressure, and the water was HOT and never ran cold! Rooms have controllable thermostat. Small fridge in storage shelf, comfy oversized lounger (that's also a pull out bed). Overall, a great stay! Close to the convention center, right next to Troy University, and near lots if eateries and shopping!!!! Some rooms overlook the riverfront as well!
The hotel is lovely, but I am very disappointed in the customer service received. The parking lot is 90% empty, it’s a weekday and we were told there are no river views available (my husband mistakenly booked a regular room) with no explanation as to why. I called corporate and received more empathy than I did from the front desk attendant. She even offered to rebook for us, but couldn’t as my husband had already checked in. However, there are rooms showing “available” via Expedia and Marriott’s site. This is our second time here and it is our anniversary so needless to say this may be our last time patronizing this establishment.
Very clean! The rooms were so comfy & the staff was really nice. I love how you can go outside too the lounging area & look over the Chattahooche River.
This Hotel Was Amazing. We Had The Nicest View from The 2nd Floor && The Guy @ The Front Desk Was So Nice. I Think His Name Was Tony. Rooms Were Outstanding, the Room Had An Exotic Setup && Everything Was Absolutely CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Couldn't Find Anything Wrong.
