Very boring job
The lady that worked at the desk didn’t have one word to say. She didn’t speak to us or the guy who gave her paperwork. Uncomfortably unspoken... the warehouse employees were extremely nice but she made it an awkward experience.
The employees here are very well mannered and polite to their customers rather it's for a pick up, delivery, or a simple phone call. The people working the front desk are very knowledgeable and will always have an answer for any question or concern you may have. The delivery drivers assemble your furniture for you and take your old mattress with them if a new one was purchased. Customer service is no doubt 5 stars.
