I have NEVER in my life been treated so poorly as I have been from the employees and Managers at this Arrons location. They laughed at me and treated me like I was a child. I asked for the gentlemans name to whom I was speaking with on the phone and he responded Chris. I then later asked him for his name again by saying Chris meaning tha I wanted his last name..he responded back to me by saying why are you aksing me whatv mu name is if you already know? I said I wanted last name and he refused to give it to me. I told him that I would be there on Friday to make a payment on my merchandise and hetold me that would not be good enough for him. I thought the number one thing to do was to make the customer happy well they did the complete opposite. I will NEVER so busniess with this company EVER again.
I like this store. The employees are very nice and treat you with the up most respect. I'm currently renting a washer dryer tv and blue ray player. Once I pay all this off I want to get a new bedroom suit and a living room set as well. Keep up the good work Aaron's.
