On November 8, 2017 my son and I experienced a horrible thing. See he had a dental appointment as we were in the waiting room waiting to be called to be seen and well you see my son was recently diagnosed with Autism and is nonverbal and did I mention that he is 2 years old so he is a baby who does not understand and having a family come in and they were very inappropriate and we or I as a mother felt bullied and helpless... THANKFULLY The Sarrell Dental Assistant Kylie Wilson got us out of that horrible situation and helped us and helped me and the doctor did too and eventually the manager did come to as we were leaving. Today we received a Christmas gift and a beautiful letter that made me realize there are still good people in the world. Today made me also realize Sarrell Dental is truly the best he went out of they're way to show how much they do truly care about their patients... I give them a 5 star for having my back for that horrible day... Thank you and we will continue to attend no one will fear us away as long as there are good people always there... Happy Holidays and Happy New Year's....
