I am new to the area and had to learn the hard way. Dr. Ogletree's office is antique and old looking. In addition, they have a horrible wait time. My children and I waited 5 hours for a cleaning. They are the most ratchet dentists I have ever been to. The facilities are old and dingy. This dentist's office is the worst of them all.
My children started going to this dentist in 2009. The treatment has steadily gone downhill. Although I have no complaints about the actual service that is given, the wait time is horrendous. On my daughter's latest appointment she waited over an hour before she was even called to the back. I called and spoke to the office manager, Ms. Ogletree, and she said that is normal. Huh???? I have never been to any doctor's office that an hour wait is acceptable. As a matter of fact, some office have signs that say if you are not called in a certain amount of time after your scheduled appointment (usually 15 minutes) to come back to the desk and let them know. Not only was unapologetic and unsympathetic that my child had to wait over an hour, she actually stated that it was their normal practice to overbook in case of missed or canceled appointments. So I gathered from that they didn't, or at least she didn't, value my child as a patient nor her time or any other patient's time. I have never personally been a patient there, but I do have to take vacation time when I go to doctor's appointments, and I am sure some their patients have to do the same. So with her philosophy, not only do you have to wait a long time, you would also have to burn extra vacation hours. Completely unacceptable. Very unprofessional. One of the worse customer service experiences that I have ever encountered. I am pulling my child's dental records and xrays and taking her to another dentist who values us as patients. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE UNLIMITED TIME TO WASTE IN THEIR SMALL WAITING AREA. I ACTUALLY ATTEMPTED TO GIVE ZERO STARS BUT I HAD TO AT LEAST GIVE ONE IN ORDER TO POST.
OMG. Best dental experience I have ever had. No pain! Didn't feel a thing. He was so compassionate and caring! I am 43 years old. Dr. OGLETREE was my dentist when I was a child. Once I got married I decided to go with my husband's dentist. Well to make a long story short. My tooth broke on a Friday and my dentist couldn't see me. I called Dr. Ogletree and he was able to see me. Thank you Dr. Ogletree, you and your staff are awesome. I will return with my family!
Being from out of state and in need of emergency service he was able to get me in immediately and take care of what needed to be done. Very friendly and understanding! Would recomend to anyone in the area in need of dental care.
He is rude he didn't tell my 11 year old that she was going to have a shot and when she got scared after seeing the needle he basically refused to treat her and put us out
