I was .18 cents short two months in a row and got charged a 30.00 late fee each mont. They only send out a statement every 4 months so I did not know the .18 was due. I never got a package on how any of the procedures.Really a bunch of crooks, just a rip off credit union, I will look for another bank or credit union to refinance my truck this month
