I love the friendly staff and the doctors are very caring. They have taken really good care of my cat Lexi and my dog Bella. They are also reasonably priced. I prefer to bring my animals here..
Synopsis: They refused to allow us to have a prescription to Revolution for Dogs just because they only want you to buy their in house brand of heartworm/flea medication. Selfish and greedy.

Summary: I wasted precious time with them and now I have to find some way to get a prescription for my dogs heartworm medication in the next 2 days or he will be late on his dose. The veterinarian and the vet techs seem great and educated, however are creedy. I do not prefer their brand of medications and it does not work well for our dog nor our budget, I do not see why we were denied care for our dog. The front lobby receptionist was horribly moronic causing my husband to wait an hour for her to simply hand him a one page medical record for our dog. She repeatedly asked why he was there and what he needed again and again during the entire hour. He was the only client there for the entire hour he waited.
I called ahead for an appointment and explained that my baby had breathing problems and if she had to wait she would get to where she can't breathe. She has had to be put in an oxygen chamber before for 6 hours..They assured me that they would see her within about 5 min...25 min. into the appointment I had to leave..Im sure they would want to say they had an emergency...but they need to understand that my dog would be the next emergency if I am made to wait...looking for a Vet who cares that my dog has special needs..and this wasn't the Vet...
Now I have to try to find another vet... this is the 3rd vet we have seen that has either tried to take monetary advantage of us (Animal Care Clinic) or should not be allowed to have any type of medical license (Fort Benning Vet)
Very caring and knowledgeable staff. I would go here from my medical needs if they'd let me. Dr. Newbolt rocks!
