Very pleasant atmosphere. I called and asked about a product being in stock and they checked and told me it was. Got to the store and the guy helped me even further. He walked around explaining other products that were useful and we talked about our pets. Every time I asked about something he had an answer and also confirmed what he said by asking another associate for verification. I will continue to go there for this particular product and others just because of the outstanding customer service, professionalism, and pleasant attitudes.

I've shopped this store for about 6 years for all my horse needs and never once been disappointed. Presents for birthdays and Christmas are in abundance. Staff/local family owners are always helpful, considerate and patient. I wouldn't think of going elsewhere.
Needed a new pair of boots. Mine were just wore out. The customer service and help finding the right pair for me was spot on. They give a Military Discount which was nice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the selection was small. But what they do have, the price is right. Highly recommend this store to anyone.
