If I had to add a star to this place I would give it less than one star .Gina the real estate personnel showed us 5 mobile homes that was so disgusting. holes in the floors holes in the ceilings busted windows the carpets was so disgusting. massive roaches and spider webs. The floors was warped the frigerators and stoves was tore all apart the AC units was Torn to Pieces and there was a dead bird.in a closet.new park manager Kathy said they just took over the property in September. Kathy said that she tried to hire 5 maintenance guys at $15 an hour and Kathy said none showed up she had to bring her maintenance from her other Park in Auburn. She asked my husband if he needs a job because my husband used to do maintenance for HUD homes and when my husband started telling her how he likes to videotape every job being done and his qualifications and how it was really disgusting. Kathy kept making excuses said there is no money to fix the homes.i say you can't get decent people to live in shitholes..
I live here now and it is terrible. Seems like all they care about is getting the rent on time. I have issues such as the heat does not work. I have holes the size of a human head in the duct work of the home. The a.c. unit drains on electrical wires under the trailer. My front door is falling off and severely damaged from before I moved in. I have shingles blown off my roof from Irma that have not been fixed. I have a sewage smell coming in through the pipes along with tons of other issues. I have given them written notice after written notice and I always get the same excuse. We are going to get to it. We lost our maintenance man. It's been over a month dealing with these issues and it's always something preventing them from doing their jobs and providing their tenants with safe habitable places to live as required by law. I guess I will have to notify the health department, the Alabama Manufactured Home Commission and my attorney. All they had to do was fix the issues but we have gotten excuse after excuse so, I have no choice but to take Legal action against them. I hope this review helps and urge anyone looking at living here to just completely mark it off your list.
Tiffany the property manager is easy to work with and very responsive.
Sware to god the only people iv ever had to track down to give them rent money no one is ever in the office for some reason or the other it really frustrating
I've lived here for years. I feel safe here. loud noise at night is not always enforced. For years the park is not had adequate maintenance. A new company has just purchased Highridge so it's yet to be seen what their new policies and procedures will be.
