Do not rent through Danny Amberson at all. We rented through him for a trailer out in seale, al and it was horrible. They did some work out at the place right when we moved in and never came and picked up the trash, the ac went out at one point and it took him 3 days to get it running. When we first moved into the house, it was not clean, the decks looked like crap, the gutters were full of pine straw and leaves, the grass wasn't cut, and the power wasn't on the be shown that everything worked. When we moved out of the house, we got charged for EVERYTHING I just listed. So if you rent through him just go ahead and expect to not get your security deposit back.
