Service is comparable with ups and fedex, they all mess up from time to time but overall the service is good.
Order from Amazon, package was suppose to get here on Dec 7, 2017, it came on the 16 a day early never got the package just got a slip telling me to go to the post office to pick it up!! I order a dam book from Amazon, I was at home on both of those days no one knocked on the door, why in the hell do i have to drive to the post office to pick up my $10 book!!! Been waiting on the phone with the USPS their saying I'll be on hold for more than an hour guess I'll have to order from BarnsNoble!!!
Usually we get our mail - but when they screw up they go big! Put the package in the mailbox! Do not say you "left a notice" in the online tracking and then there is no notice to be found on our property. Meanwhile - there were three people there to receive that small package - that normally just gets put in the mail box because I've ordered from that shipper multiple times. Would have LOVED to get ahold of a live human about this but that 1-800 number prevents that...go figure....
I've been living here a little over a month and the mail carrier comes whenever they feel like it. I've put a priority package in my mail box and they just left it in there.
