They’ve got a wallaby in an enclosure that’s too small for a dog, a giant tortoise in an enclosure too small for a rabbit, a full sized bearded dragon in an enclosure the size of a shoe box, and a full sized macaw in a cage that looks like it’s for a parakeet. None of this is okay, and if you support this business you are supporting animal abuse.

I was told at the beginning of my pet research that this store would have no problem getting the lizard I was looking for. I was excited but hesitant because one employee was telling me how the lizard can eat rats if they get big enough which is totally not true. The lizard is a straight up herbivore minus the occasional worm or cricket. I was told I just had to call when they put their orders in and give my information. I was told I would get a call back and when I didn't receive the call, I called them only to be informed they couldn't get it. They told me to call next time they order. I called every week for 6 weeks before I finally gave up. Had I known they weren't going to be able to get the lizard I was looking for i would have held off longer on not getting the cage set up and not stocked up on supplies. I now have this huge cage, supplies, and still no lizard. I held off on purchasing elsewhere because it would have to be shipped. Now that I'm desperate for a lizard the other shops have sold off their last lizards.

I like shopping at One Stop Pet Shop. They know a lot about the animals and help. The prices are good too.
