My experience here has been excellent. The property is under new management, and the new staff is wonderful!
This place is horrible!!!! I had them set up on an automatic pay and they double charged me, so I set them up with bill pay with my bank and screwed it up every month, calling me at work asking for the payment. I would have to send them a copy of the check that cleared my bank. Their response was "oh sorry, it was a book keeping error" They went so far as to lock up my unit. It was a hassle every month......I am so glad I moved my stuff.....
I will be turning them over to the better business bureau.......
We had a great experience, the move in went very smoothly. Love that the units are climate controled and the building is kept so neat and clean.
Absolutely wonderful! staff are friendly, moving carts make move in easy, and price is a bargain for climate control. totally recommend it if you want a clean and safe place to store your possessions.
I loved Freeway Self Storage because it offered the only climate controlled storage in the area. The owner was very helpful and the drive in shelter made unloading my stuff very easy.
