I went between a two and a three. First, let me clarify that I Love the pizza. However, they rarely have either hot or ready. There has lately been at least a 10 minute wait for even the base pizza. If you go for the others, deep dish, etc you will be waiting even longer. I do wish this would improve as they have a good, well priced product.

I would not even give 1 star but I had to to get on here. I called in a order for 2 pizza's. I got to the door at 10:01 pm... I am well aware that they close at 10pm but the kicker for me was the nasty hateful hag standing at the oven looking me dead in my eyes, throwing 4 cooked pizza's directly out of the oven straight in the garbage can!!! I'm so mad I will never go there again... As a Phenix city business owner it sickens me that businesses are ran this way!!!!
