If I could give them zero stars I would. They cancelled my policy cause of something that happened 3 years ago without a warning. So ive been driving around with no insurance cause of this.I've been with them for 6 years. These people couldn't even explain exactly why. Then on top if that I waited 3 hours for the main agent to even get in the office.Must be nice to come to work when you want. Wouldn't recommend them to nobody

If you dont want the run around and issues from an insurance company don't go with these people such horrible service. These people do not deserve any stars they don't know how to do their job, nothing but problems with these people. Glad my husband is dropping them. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. It just goes to show that no matter how much of a loyal customer u are loyalty doesn't matter to these people they clearly have no problems screwing you over.
