At 7am it was a challenge to find an associate to assist me with my plumbing query. When I finally found someone and showed them images of the problem I was having, they insisted on selling me an entire $29 toilet assembly, when all I requested and required was a new washer to relieve a drip. I went to another store to get the 89 cent part that I needed and now the toilet works perfectly.
I've always had a positive experience at this store. They are usually well stocked and the associates are outstanding and polite. All of Hone Depot's policies are honored, from retrun/rebuy or outright paying the price difference if an item was purchased just before it went on sale or clearance to military discounts and Special Buys.
Great place. Only wish they would take care of their pool salt. Always nasty.
To shop here you might need to stop by the bank and get a loan first $$$ and a good creadit score. Need. Spend wisely my friend...
This time really Good. They matched a price. Very satisfied with the lady up front. And my new pressure washer..so far so good.
