Called in to order Valentine's Day lillies for my girlfriend and daughter, was quoted $115 for a dozen flowers delivered. It was short notice (2 days) and a holiday so I figured it was the price I would have to pay. Waited all day for delivery and nothing showed. Contacted the store the next business day, spoke to the owner who said they had no record of my purchase. She also said that the price I was quoted was not right and that there was no way I called her store, even though I verified the phone number and knew that the lady that took my order had a distinct accent. In fairness, she did offer to send something at a discount, but day late flowers don't really cut it. If I had read the reviews before calling, I would have seen this coming. Never again.

Ordered a wrist coursage for my daughter for a daddy/daughter dance. My husband picked it up because I would have refused. It was tiny. 3 baby roses and some babies breath. The ribbon did not even match and I gave a description of her dress. We immediately refrigerated it until it was time to leave and before she got to the dance the roses turned brown. I am very disappointed to have spent $30.
