Place to pay power bill... Not recommend to purchase appliances, over priced.
WORST SERVICE EVER POWER OUTAGES EVERY FEW WEEKS! BEING MILITARY FOR 24YEARS WE LIVED ALMOST EVERY WHERE!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN A COMPANY THAT’S SO HORRIBLE!! THANK GOD FORTBENNING IS OUR LAST DUTY STATION!
The appliance center workers are friendly , however the customer service people that take payments always have an attitude( just by way of expression) almost like thry dont want to be there! They have snudy attitudes when paying a bill, as if they are better than us! They definitely never smile at all ! Thats the wrong impression for anybody to have , thats constantly working with customers.
Customer service is average but they are very understanding and accommodating when you need to make a partial payment or make payment arrangements
So, much better than their sister company !! When I moved here quick call power was set up. Georgia is making me jump through hoops... just to get my money...
Pay your bill with drive-thru or walk-in service. If you need a new appliance they are happy to offer financing options with payments added to your bill.
