I went to this Wal-Mart because my brother ordered something online and it would only let him ship it to this Wal-Mart. While I was there I decided to grab some groceries. I know it isn't the stores fault, but there was broken glass, things opened, and it wasn't until I got home did I realised someone had bit into our soft tacos. Picture below. I will not be back. Again, I know it isn't the stores fault, but my local Wal-Mart isn't this bad. Maybe they should have an employee walk the isles and inspect the food/shelves daily. Because the stuff I seen you could tell it had been there a while.
I ordered 1 photo through their photo center kiosk and I got the pick up ticket that had written on it "pick up instantly on the counter"... 2 hours later, I'm still waiting because apparently no one here knows how to work the photo printer... Wow. Come on, please either train your employees or hire someone competent enough to do the job. It must be highly complicated and complex work.
Great place to shop. But dont call. No one ever answers
Of all the Walmart stores I've visited, this one (my local store) is the most disappointing. They've stopped providing baskets, only carts. I was told by an employee that customers were stealing them or simply trashing them in the parking lot. The aisles can be cluttered, and I often find selections in produce disappointing. When I have to shop at Walmart, I much prefer the ones in nearby Columbus.
Best Walmart in the area. The layout alone is five stars. Start at grocery and work your way to drinks then pet supplies straight into sundry items. No running from one side to the other. Associate's are on the average. I just hate when there is only the self checkout lanes. Need to have one normal register at least.
